Do you have questions about whether your order has gone through correctly?
Check your inbox. Just after finalising your purchase you should have received a confirmation email. If you don’t find it, check your spam folder (just in case).
If you still can’t find the confirmation email of your purchase, check if the order has gone through successfully from your account. Log into your account from the website or the app and click on My Account or User. If the order is confirmed, the order number will appear and you will be able to check it.
