Your order has still not arrived?
The most likely situation is that we are still preparing your order and that you will receive it very soon. To check the delivery date, log into your account and click on My Purchases. Here you will see the delivery date assigned to your shipments.
Another possibility is that the delivery address that you entered is incorrect or contains errors. Check that the delivery address is correct in My Purchases.

If the order is displayed as delivered to the correct address and you have still not received it, we apologise. It is rare for this to happen, but your order is still on its way. To arrange a second delivery or to go and collect it yourself, the quickest way is to directly contact the company that is managing your shipping:
