In order for us to be able to process the replacement of the product, you have 14 working days from when you receive your order.
The first thing that you have to do is notify us that you have received a damaged product. Log into your customer profile on PromoFarma.com and go to My Purchases. There you will find all your orders and the products included in each one.
Under each product you will see the option “Return this product”, select the reason and click on RETURN.
You can also contact us directly and report your problem.
Once we have the notification, a courier will come to the address indicated in 24-48 hours and will collect the damaged product. The only thing that you have to do is package it well so that it doesn’t deteriorate. When the pharmacy it came from receives the package, we will process the replacement of the product or refund the amount paid. You will receive it within 3 to 7 working days by the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
